Version 2026.07.19 · Last updated 2026-07-19
Clinical and retail services booked or purchased through this site are provided by Carterton Chemist, not by Doctortosity Ltd. MyPharmHub only provides the software and payment facilitation tools used by the pharmacy.
1. Who provides your care
Carterton Chemist is responsible for clinical care, counselling, supply of medicines, retail products, appointments, cancellations, and refunds relating to your booking or purchase.
Doctortosity Ltd is not a pharmacy, clinic, or NHS body and does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat you.
2. Medical disclaimer and emergencies
Online triage, eligibility checks, and booking tools are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
In a medical emergency call 999. For urgent advice that is not an emergency, contact NHS 111 or attend A&E / urgent care as appropriate.
If online triage declines or redirects your request, that does not mean MyPharmHub has assessed you clinically — follow the pharmacy's instructions and seek appropriate care.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Appointment availability, cancellation rules, and no-show policies are set by the pharmacy. Contact the pharmacy directly about changing or cancelling a booking.
3a. SMS messages
Pharmacies may send transactional SMS about bookings, reminders, consultation outcomes, and retail orders when those notifications are enabled.
You can reply STOP to opt out of pharmacy notification SMS, or START to resubscribe. Sign-in magic-link messages may still be sent when you request them.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed via Stripe to the pharmacy's connected account (or as otherwise configured by the pharmacy). MyPharmHub may receive a platform application fee.
Refunds and charge disputes for pharmacy services or retail orders are handled by the pharmacy under its own terms, except where required otherwise by law.
5. Retail and pharmacy medicines
OTC and Pharmacy (P) medicines may require pharmacist approval and age or eligibility checks. The pharmacy may refuse supply where clinically or legally appropriate.
6. Your data
The pharmacy is the data controller for your health and booking records. MyPharmHub processes that data as a processor/hosting provider under instructions from the pharmacy.
See the MyPharmHub Privacy Policy for how we process data as a platform operator. Privacy contact: privacy@mypharmhub.com.
7. Governing law
This platform notice is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
